This is my second time buying this product. I ended up purchasing it again because I saw the decline in my under eye once I ran out. I am someone who suffers from wrinkles and creases under my eye and it looks awful any time I wear makeup. However after I had used this product religiously for 3 weeks I noticed a huge improvement. At the time I was unable to give credit to this product and expected the change was because of something else.
