Been using this product for years now. This came in with fingerprints on the package. And it took me two dozens pumps to finally got it out of the bottle. And when I opened the bottle, only to find it’s half empty, see picture, this is a returned product for sure, I have no words, and this review probably will not be posted. SMH…

I think would love this product if the pump worked and the container was not half full. I’m going to order again though and cross my fingers that these problems were just a fluke.
UPDATE:
I am happy to say that I have been offered a full refund for the defective packaging. This company cares about their product and I would highly recommend purchasing VI DERM products from them.

I love this Vi Derm product, and the Vi Derm Complete care too, I definitely notice a difference in my skin when using these products. They are worth the money, though you get the best deal on Amazon Prime!!
