I am pleased with this night cream as it is very hydrating and my skin tends to be dry. I find that it is easy to use at bed time and although I don’t see results as far as anti-wrinkling goes, I do feel that it keeps my skin dewy soft and hydrated. I am 68 so not expecting any miracles as far as the appearance of wrinkles goes.

I’ve been using this far less frequently than planned, as you do need to avoid significant sun exposure the day after use, and I tend to be in the sun a lot. That is of course no fault of the product, but it does make it difficult to use with any regularity. You’re supposed to use this 2-3 times per week at first, then go up in frequency slowly as tolerated. I haven’t been able to use it more than twice a week though due to the sun issue. Anyhow, it goes on smoothly. The scent is very mild and is pleasant. I haven’t had any skin irritation, but I did start very slowly with this, initially adding a moisturizer sooner than recommended to weaken the cream, then extending that time.

I’m a 47-year-old Caucasian woman with moderate sun damage and laxity from significant weight loss. I also have chronic redness (not diagnosed rosacea, but significant redness, particularly when I’m in the heat or having a hot flash). I began using this as my nighttime cream soon after it arrived, and I’m about halfway through the container now. I find that a little goes a long way, as it is extremely emollient. I can definitely see and feel a difference in my skin. Is it perfect? No. But it is definitely improved to the point that I can see the difference. My skin just feels better, too – much more firm and hydrated. The redness is still an issue, but it does seem reduced to the point that I’m more comfortable in public with a clean face. The price could be limiting for some, but I will say that this container has lasted me a nice amount of time, in which I haven’t had to buy nighttime cream, so I will just budget for this quality of cream and plan accordingly for the expense.

I recently gifted the Vichy Liftactiv B3 Tone Correcting Night Face Cream to my mother-in-law, and she’s been using it for a few weeks now. While it’s still early days, she’s reported no adverse reactions, and her skin looks and feels great. Here’s a detailed review of this anti-aging night cream:

    Key Ingredients:
The cream boasts an impressive list of active ingredients, including 4% Niacinamide and 0.15% Pure Retinol. These powerful components work synergistically to address various skin concerns, such as uneven skin tone, dark spots, and fine lines.

    Texture and Application:
The cream has a rich, luxurious texture that absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving no greasy residue. It’s easy to apply, and a little goes a long way, making it a great value for the price.

    Skin Type:
My mother-in-law has combination skin, and this cream seems to be working well for her. It’s not too rich or heavy, and it doesn’t clog her pores.

    Early Impressions:
While it’s too early to see significant results, my mother-in-law reports that her skin looks and feels smoother, and her complexion appears more even-toned. She’s also noticed a slight reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

    Value for Money:
Considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous 50ml size, I think this cream offers great value for the price. It’s a worthwhile investment for anyone looking for a reliable anti-aging solution.

    Overall Recommendation:
The Vichy Liftactiv B3 Tone Correcting Night Face Cream is a promising anti-aging solution that shows great potential. While it’s still early days, my mother-in-law’s positive experience and the cream’s impressive ingredient list make it a great choice for anyone looking to address various skin concerns. I’ll update this review once she’s used it for a longer period and we can see more significant results.

As I’m entering my 40’s, I’m beginning to look for skincare products with anti-aging benefits like retinol. So far, Vichy Liftactiv is a great starter for a night routine. I applied a thin layer before bed, and when I woke up, I noticed my skin looked brighter and more even-toned. Some things I dislike about this cream is that while absorbent, it’s also quite sticky. I was aware of my sticky face when my head was on the pillow, and my hair was sticking to my skin. I also don’t understand why it’s advertised as being fragrance free when it has a strong floral smell. It doesn’t bother me very much, but I think people who look for hypoallergenic and fragrance free products should be aware. I would recommend it, but suggest to use conservatively until their skin gets adjusted.

Use as directed first of all, you don’t want to irritate your skin so please follow the instructions that are clearly printed and use at night, you have to be careful with retinol and sun exposure so it is better you stick to a night time routine with this one. This night cream goes on smoothly, the scent is not unpleasant so I don’t mind it to use at bed time, in the morning the color on my skin looks more uniformed, it hasn’t removed my dark spots but I feel that with continuous use I might be able to finally make them less noticeable, I will keep using this product with high hopes.

I like Vichy products and this one is not an exception. It’s lightweight, but fragrant (which I don’t mind, but it’s misadvertised on the listing). The only downside is it’s slightly sticky (sticks to hair/pillow when applied right before going to bed)
