I saw several reviews about the pump not working. I opened the pump before putting them in the bottle and they have worked great.

Just as the title says….the shampoo and conditioner are really good. But one of the pumps does not work. By the time I opened the box and found out about the non-working pump, I was a few days outside of the return window. I wasn’t looking for a full replacement….just a pump so that I could use this correctly. Pretty frustrating.
UPDATE — the seller contacted me and made everything right. Much appreciated that they stepped up even though it was a few days outside of the Amazon return window. Up to 4 Stars now, may end up being 5, but I’ve not used the product long enough to say for sure.

I’ve been using this product for well over a year now and often recommend it or buy it as a gift for my other bearded brothers! It takes only a small amount to thoroughly clean and condition my beard and helps promote healthy growth while leaving my beard soft as well as nicely scented. My wife definitely approves! The product somewhat helps with moisturizing the skin under my beard, but with a nice beard oil accompanied into my routine; it works great! The size of the bottles is amazing and last me about 6 months before I have to replace. This is by far the best beard shampoo & conditioner combo on the market and would encourage everyone to at least give it a try!
