If you do or don’t want to style your hair (blow dry it out) and only want to spend good money on one product this would be it. Seems a little pricy for 5oz. bottle, but if you spray a little in your hands and run thru the hair it does last a good while. De-tangles and makes hair soft and manageable but not heavy to weigh my fine hair down.
