Ordered in January and have loved it! I use briefly (less than 30 seconds) about once per week. After only a little over 4 months, it has stopped working. I tried changing the battery. It has not been dropped… sadly, this is poor quality as far as longevity!

I had a trimmer that had lost a part, I think due to tapping it on the side of the trash can (unbeknownst to me). This is a superior replacement to what I had. Upper lip, nose, etc, does a great job!

This thing stopped working within 5 uses. Right off the bat it seemed to be running poorly. I changed the battery and it seemed to be fixed. The next day, it will barely run and the switch just stopped working. Wahl offers a warranty but I have to pay to mail it back and wait for repair… what a pain! Hoping to find a better brand for replacement if this piece of junk.
This is the not the first one of these I’ve owned. The last one ran forever, these new ones are clearly cheaply made and will not last as long.

You need to be careful for the first 1-2 times to get used to this product and understand how to give proper shape.Overall a good purchase .
