I was skeptical but took the plunge over Niagara Falls and bought one. I also have the Wahl Pro Legend Clipper that is like a damn brick, and that annoying chord .. Its nice to just switch it on, without the weight and annoying power chord that nocks over your electric toothbrush and other stuff. Plus it has no annoying fade lever that my knuckles keep moving. It works it best if you go slowly, no rushing. I would recommend cutting hair when not in a big hurry. **I would not recommend it for fury body grooming.

While these clippers are supposed to be for people, we only needed them for our pet. Not a stand use by any means, but they more than filled the bill!
We have used a lot of clippers on our Australian Terrier dog. He goes in for regular grooming, but sometimes we need to take off a little of his longer hair, and other times he just needs a bit of trimming.
These are the best clippers we have ever had. They hold a charge well and are so easy to use. He loves that they are very quiet and this calms him down. They are more costly than a lot of other trimmers on the market, but we believe that these trimmers are well worth the extra cost.

I had one of the Wahl blue self cut models that broke on me and I thought I would give a cordless a try if I could find one that I liked. I went with this one because it has a lithium battery and didn’t have the stupid trim lever. If you cut your own hair, odds are the trim lever just causes problems when cutting and was the part that broke on my old clippers, making them useless. This one is a bit bigger than the blue corded one but also lighter (7.85 oz vs 9.05 for the corded one). I guess the dc motor is lighter than the ac one, even with the battery? The biggest thing that I noticed was that I was able to cut my hair in about HALF the time without the cord wrangling. I’ve been cutting my own hair for decades so it’s mostly muscle memory. I had gotten it down to a pretty consistent time so it was very noticeable how much extra time I had. Not only that but it was less messy so cleanup was also faster. If you cut your own hair, this is absolutely worth buying. They even improved the case on this one with a plastic hinge, which was a pleasant surprise after several previous models getting cheaper and cheaper cases.

got this thinking rechargeable cordless with shaver would simplify things. I don’t need fancy cuts I use clipper then razor to shave head. maybe I don’t know how electric shavers are expected to work but it didn’t seem to work for me. wasn’t worth the 2x price of the corded one for me.

I like everything about this trimmer. It has every attachment needed for men’s grooming. The only attachment that I am not thrilled with is the nose hair/ ear trimmer. I have a better one just made for that purpose. That being said, I would still highly recommend this product.
