My product arrived fully charged. It took a few minutes to set up the phone connection (found out I was overthinking it too much lol). Pretty cool that you can see with a camera for verifying where the wax is and if it has been removed. The collector needs to be held under the ear so you really want a second person there to hold the phone or to prop your phone at head level on a dresser or something. Good quality. Nice feel and many options for tips and speed. Sleek and easy grip for the hand. Very simple and quick process.

We got this because our daughter has has a lot of wax build up in her ears. However, we didn’t know until after we purchased and read the driections that it could not be used on someone who has tubes.

This cleaner worked really well! It was pretty easy to use and get set up for the visual cleaning, which was revealing. Appreciate the different pressure levels and rechargeable battery. It’s a nice size and won’t take up a lot of other space like some other cleaners I’ve seen.

Several members of our family have ear wax issues, and we sometimes need to go to a doctor to get the wax removed. This tool is a great, convenient way to clear wax impactions at home. Well worth the price if we can even avoid just one trip to the doctor. Works very well and being able to clearly see the impaction makes it much easier to remove.

This Kaugic Water Powered Ear Cleaner with Camera feels well made and comes with a pretty good manual. It charges easily with the enclosed USB-C cable. Just fill the base with warm water that’s near your body temperature. You download a simple app called Soulear, and it connects easily to the device without having to provide any password or info. When you place the tip of the unit in your ear, you can see inside your ear on the screen.
Press the on/off button on the unit for a couple seconds to turn on or off, and a quick press to start or pause the water flow. There’s an M button for four modes of cleaning, or gears as they call them… 1) Normal, 2) Soft, 3) Pulse, and 4) Strong. The first mode is a good basic one to use. It’s a bit of a shock when the water first starts shooting in your ear canal, and the water does impede the camera’s view. They include a plastic catch basin to catch the water as it drains out of your ear, but I found it a little awkward to hold that in one hand, the unit in the other, with my finger on the button ready to pause or stop when needed – which you have to do blindly, by the way, since the buttons are facing away from your head, all the while monitoring the iPad screen. I made a bit of a mess, and got water in one ear that I could not shake out. I finally got it out by running a little more water down in there, which knocked it loose. Anyway, it takes a bit of practice. It’s also the kind of thing that would benefit from a second person helping run the cleaning unit. I do like that they include ten rubber tips, since they consider them disposable.

i was really excited to use this but the camera did not work and that kind of kills the point of it. cool idea and the value would be great if the camera actually picked anything up. battery life seemed to be good!
