I admit I was skeptical after reading some reviews and seeing some videos but I bought it anyway. I saw a video recently on the Lange one like this but I refused to pay their price for theirs so I looked on anazon and came across this one and read the reviews , it had the best out of all the like brands like the L’ange one. I got it, the packaging was nice thought it came w/ some hair clips from other reviews but mine didn’t. I used it today and absolutely LOVE the outcome of the curls. It’s so easy to use. The key is to go dwn straight and twist into the curl at the same time. The more you twist and hold the tighter the curl. If you want a closer curl go dwn straight with a slight twist. If you get too tight of a curl just straighten it w/ the iron and start over. I’m telling you it’s super easy. I’d say watch the l’ange video on their version , that’s the best tutorial video but save your money and buy this one instead. It’s the exact same thing but less money. Hopefully this helps you make a decision. BUY it you won’t regret it at all.

Absolutely love this! I love that it is not bulky and that you can touch the barrel without burning yourself. It heats up quickly as well. The curls are perfect. I recommend this product.

This did not work on my hair. It didn’t give the look I wanted but that most likely was user error . have straight/ slightly wavy hair that is thin but a lot of it. The iron appeared to be great quality and heated up fast. I was really excited for this and sad that it didn’t work for my hair type. It was easy to use, the cord didn’t get in the way, great value on sale, loved the features.

I ordered this and it was here the next day! As soon as I got home from work I got it out to try it!! I usually use a curling iron to curl and straightener to straighten. (You know… Captain Obvious!) I recently tried using my straightener to curl but it was hard to do and inconsistent. (Maybe more me than the straightener). This thing came in cute packaging (love this!). It heats up in about 30 seconds (great for before work). I love the way my curls turned out!! They were consistent each time. I love that it’s night expensive and it does a great job!!!

Pulls hair more than expected, fan is always on, no off switch for when you are just straightening. So while heating up it vibrates on the counter or if you have to set it down. No raised part or kickstand to prevent the heat from touching the counter. Barrell does get pretty warm on the outside, but not terribly.
Pros
It does make a good curl once you get the technique down.
It is almost impossible to burn yourself.
The pros don’t outweigh the cons for me. I’d rather have a straightener and a curling iron than the wavytalk.
Also, my first one arrived damaged. They both arrived quickly but the packaging on both was slightly damaged. I’m not convinced that either of them I received were actually New and not someone else’s return.

My hair is thin and fine but this tool gives me quick curls. I can loosen some of the curl with a wide tooth comb, leaving lots of body. The temp control is on the bottom so it doesn’t accidentally get turned off during use and the cool air lessens the chance of getting burnt. I highly recommend watching several tutorials before use and experimenting with different techniques.

As someone who can’t do hair & whose hair never holds a curl, this thing makes me feel like a pro! Not only does styling my whole head with this thing take just minutes, but it’s so easy to use and works incredibly well. I have SO many curling devices/products, but this one is my new favorite and my go-to for everyday styling. It heats up so incredibly fast, and bc of the way it’s designed burning yourself is nearly impossible. It doesn’t leave any crimp whatsoever in your hair, and makes beautiful curls regardless of your length. Best of all, you cannot beat the price. 10/10 would buy it again!
