I have a regular sized female head with shoulder length hair. I have used the 5” Goody brand of these banana clips for decades without problems. These clips are about two inches longer and stab me in the back of my neck! I was unaware that clips this size were made. And a couple of my female friends with longer hair tried them with the same results. Very hard to open as well.

Wasn’t expecting great quality because of how low the price was but these are extremely cheap. Very hard to open and close and do not hold hair well. I wish I would have spent an extra $10 to get better quality ones.

These are exactly what I’ve been looking for. What I specifically like about them is that the hold is better with the tapered ends. My hair does not fall out of the ends as it does with a version that is the same diameter all the way across.

The ends of the clip can break easily. I don’t have thick hair but these clips do not stay in place and slide down once clipped into my hair. It would be better if the teeth were longer as this would hold the hair in place I think.

These banana clips get the job done! I have thick, curly hair down to my shoulders and these have been working great instead of elastics or scrunchies. The only downside is that they are not super sturdy but for the price I’m not mad about it

I have medium curly hair and these do not work. They keep popping open. I have one that I had for like 10 years that works perfectly. Now they are cheaply made. Do not waste your money also charges $1.00 now to drop off at UPS store and unfortunately with my work schedule and location my only option is UPS.
