I saw this and decided it seemed like a decent set to try. I have a lot of allergies and sensitivities to Hair products and this seemed like it would be ok. I was wrong.
The claim to lessening hair fall was completely inaccurate. I have never had so much hair fall out because of using a shampoo/conditioner before!! It was awful! I have long ( down to the middle of my back) wavy hair and after using the shampoo, my hair felt so brittle!! It was also tangled to the point of being matted! I was nervous about trying the conditioner.. had to think if I even should after the shampoo experience but thought since it’s a system. maybe the conditioner is ok.
Well, I was sadly mistaken. The conditioner did not help detangle or soften my hair at all. I left it in for 10 minutes, and while rinsing it felt even worse than before I had used the conditioner. It also made my scalp really itchy after only a few hours of using which means, I can not use it again or my scalp will be inflamed and warrant a trip to the dermatologist.
I will be returning this. I suppose all the reviews are fake because this stuff is the worst hair cleaning duo I have used in over 30 years!! I had hoped I’d be able to use it. and love it…..nope. I’ll be going back to my Acure products!

I’m fully confident that this product is cheap product repackaged as high quality. 20 something pound for your hair to turn out as dry and brittle as anything.
My previous natural shampoo for £6 a bottle (1litre) made my hair amazing compared to this rubbish.
It feels cheap, it makes your hair feel and look unhealthy after.
And if you blow dry your hair – forget about it!!!

Giving this 3 stars for the brand on a whole as I have used their apple cider s&c with no complaints. The coconut however arrived with an expiration date only 2 weeks away. Manufacture date was in 2021…the company is even sold out of the coconut set on their website, so not sure what the situation is with them. I did send an email to WOW but have not heard back.
