I purchased this for a dance bag stock up.
When it arrived – the hair nets were in a gross looking jumbles up mess…They pins were great.
I threw out the hair nets because the way they arrived grossed me out, but kept the pins.
I would just purchase the pins somewhere else for cheaper. This really isn’t a deal.

My toddler was overdue for a haircut and, one day, when passing by the salon, we stopped and I took her in for a hair cut just a little shorter than shoulder length. As soon as we walked out, I remembered that I was supposed to have her hair back in a tight bun for her first ballet recital the following weekend. I had no idea what I was going to do, but a couple days later, when she was getting her ballet portraits done, I saw another mom using these for her daughter’s hair. I ordered some that second and they were a lifesaver!

I bought this because when my daughter performs, she needs to have her hair in a bun. I had tried using one of those doughnut things and couldn’t do a perfect bun because her hair would fall apart. One of the other dance moms told me that they put a net around the bun so that it will hold the hair better so I started looking for hairnets.
When I saw this one, I took a closer look at the photos. It made it look like creating a bun was easy. Once I got this product, I tried it on my daughter and I made the perfect bun on my first try! It’s so easy. Just put the hair in a ponytail, put the hair net around the ponytail, twirl it into a bun and insert one of the included hairpins. For good measure, I put in a few more bobby pins to make sure the bun stays throughout the whole production.
I love this product so much that I recommended it to the other dance moms.

I use these to sculpt my daughters hair for dance competitions. They are ideal for this as they as so fine they are almost invisible yet still strong enough to work with. I love them. The pins that come with them are pretty good too.

I saw someone else wearing this and after staring at her hair long enough, I finally noticed the hair net! I ordered this item and used it today. It keeps all the flyaways down and makes the bun look so much more neat and tight.

I’m a ballerina, I bought these hair nets and bun pins out of everything else on Amazon because of the quantity, cheap price, and reviews. I just have two small issues with them.
I’ve used the bun pins for 2 weeks but they started chipping only on the 2nd use, and this is what they look like now. This tells me that the pins aren’t the best quality, but obviously it hasn’t affected how they work because they still do the job and hold my hair up for 2+ hours. I’m just letting you know to keep this in mind. My second issue is that the hairnets run a little smaller than expected, and in the second photo I’m comparing my Bunheads hairnet to this one. Since my hair isn’t super thick it probably won’t be a big problem, but I still prefer my Bunheads one and I recommend buying that instead if you have thick, long hair.

The hair nets were fine. The Bobby pins were not a fan of. They were too long and wide that it didn’t hold hairs in place well at all. I was using them for a dance recital for my kids and thankfully another mom had the regular bobby pins on hand for me to use because after just a couple minutes of moving around (not even dancing, just walking around backstage) half of them came loose and I had to redo my child’s hair and her friends hair all over again. One child was white with average thickness hair and the other was mixed with kinky tight curly hair and neither it held.

Bought for dance shows, this pack was very good value for money, the hair nets were perfect. The pins are a little large if using for a child with fine hair, so I bought some shorter pins, but otherwise perfect.

These clips work great- I have pretty thick hair and they still keep everything in place! I need about 4 to keep half of my hair secured in a bun- I would probably need more like 6 or 7 for all of my hair. I haven’t used the nets yet, but they were a nice addition, especially for the price.

I’ve repurchased this set three times now. The pins are sturdy and don’t bend on us and the nets are well made. My 10 year old is able to do her buns on her own as shown in the photo. Great value!
